Shipping Information


Located in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, we operate Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Orders are dispatched daily at 2:30 PM.
We use AusPost for all our domestic and international shipping. They are reliable, trackable, and the most cost-effective option available.
Estimated delivery times do not include unexpected delays, customs clearance, or instances where a shipment is held for payment of duties or taxes.

- Orders with tracking can be checked on the AusPost tracking website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search
- You will receive an email with your tracking link when your order has been dispatched.
Australian Shipping
For our Australian customers, we offer FREE standard shipping with AusPost. Alternatively, you can choose the Express Post option for an additional $6.00 per item.

- Smaller accessories are shipped via regular mail and typically take 14–16 days.
New Zealand Shipping
For our New Zealand customers, we offer two shipping options: Standard and Express.
Regular Shipping: $17.00 | Additional Items: $5.00 | Est. Delivery: 5–7 days |
Express Shipping: $29.00 | Additional Items: $10.00 | Est. Delivery: 7–10 days |
International Shipping
International shipping is a flat rate of AUD $30.00, plus AUD $10.00 for each additional item.

- International purchases are sent with Australia Post International Airmail.
- AusPost provides tracking for most countries. In some cases, tracking may not be available until the item reaches the destination country, or may not be available at all.
- All international items are marked at the purchase price (excluding postage). It is an offence to incorrectly state the purchase price.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes applicable in their country.
- Mustard Bikes cannot be held responsible for these costs. Unclaimed items will only be refunded (minus postage costs) once returned to us.
